Rhino Basketball is designed for qualified coaches, trainers, former players, and organizers who want to operate a local basketball academy without starting from zero. The model is simple: teach the game, keep costs low, build local sponsor support, and let the regional director keep the majority of profits.
The Local Director Model
Rhino provides the brand, website structure, method, positioning, sponsor framework, camp model, and operating playbook. Regional directors bring the local basketball relationships, gym access, coaching network, and community energy.
Brand identity, website framework, method, camp structure, sponsor language, parent-facing copy, location page, and operating support.
Local leadership, gym relationships, coaching staff, parent communication, sponsors, camp execution, and community trust.
The director keeps the majority of regional profits after local operating costs. Rhino charges a simple monthly platform / license fee.
Simple, Aligned Fee
The target director fee is $250 per month per region once the location is active.
This keeps the model simple, affordable, and aligned: local directors should benefit most from the work they build locally. Rhino stays lean, the region stays local, and the profits stay with the people doing the work.
Director opportunities are selective and reviewed case by case. This is not a public franchise offering.
